Sales Manager – Process Air Filtration (B2B)
Location: Mobile / Home Office
Travel: Up to 60%
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth for a leading manufacturer’s Process Air Filtration product lines. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven B2B sales professional with technical expertise and a customer-centric mindset to drive profitable growth across end-user markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales efforts for process air filtration products, driving growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communicate product value propositions, benefits, and technical advantages to customers.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for new product launches, supporting both customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure solutions meet performance requirements, delivering high-quality and cost-effective filtration solutions.
  • Utilize technical product data in proposals, presentations, and customer discussions.
  • Participate in the development of customized filtration solutions for key accounts.
  • Monitor competitive products and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
Technical Competence & Skills:
  • 10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in filtration, dust collection, or related fields with end-user exposure.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong diplomacy.
  • Solid business acumen and ability to drive profitable growth using forecasts, financial analysis, and data.
  • Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses for new products.
  • Customer-focused with a strong ability to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Highly organized and able to influence stakeholders across teams.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technical, or Engineering field.
Other:
  • Able to travel regularly (up to 60%).
  • Role is primarily mobile/home office based.
This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who enjoys combining technical knowledge with strategic business development to achieve measurable results.
