Job Title: Rigging Loft Coordinator

Location: Guyana - Onshore

Job Description:

Mission

• Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on rigging and lifting activities assigned, directly overseeing critical lifting operations
• Distribute the equipment and materials to allow the team to perform the assigned activities

Tasks

• Ensure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standards
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirements
• Analyse the method drawing s and procedures received from the works supervisor and give instructions to the team in order to execute the works in accordance
• Coordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any difficulties to the works supe rvisor
• Organize all the means and lifting equipment necessary to perform the work. Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies and coordinate any corrective actions
• Liaise with the works supervisor in order to optimize the use of equipment and personnel
• Carry out the daily toolbox talkings
• Verify the equipment daily check list prior to start the works
• Ensure adherence to the planned time frame
• Provide the work supervisor with data on manpower, equipment, tools and material used
• Implement the permit-to-work system
• Liaise with other disciplines on ongoing operations
• Ensure the housekeeping of the work location

What are we looking for?

Languages: English Language skills required

Technical Knowledge: Rigging background and coordination.
