Location: Office-based Camberley (with WFH options)
Qualifications: GCSE English & Maths (C/4 or above)

Join our dynamic Mortgage Club team! We're looking for a detail-oriented Commissions Administrator to process and reconcile commissions for mortgage and insurance advisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and process commissions accurately
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage payments, BACs uploads, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle queries from advisers and lenders
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Support compliance and uphold Consumer Duty obligations
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Good communication and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Experience: No prior experience required - full training provided!
