This Position reports to:
Order Handling Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, order, and payment-related assistance to maintain high levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your skills by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

This role is contributing to the Energy Industries division in Switzerland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Operations
- Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Production, SCM, Logistics, and other internal teams in accordance with all internal and external guidelines, including trade compliance, to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Monitoring and control of orders, invoices and payments
- Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders as well as supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
Learning Center
- Manages training logistics and content, ensures customer satisfaction through comprehensive support, maintains Learning Center webpage, and enhances social media presence in collaboration with marketing.
Qualifications for the role
- Possess a commercial apprenticeship degree (Lehre als Kauffachkraft/KV) with practical experience in order handling during or after your apprenticeship
- Experience in Social Media Posts and Content Creation of Webpage is welcome
- Fluent in German and English (proficiency level)
- Capable of managing tasks professionally
- Highly organized with a structured approach to tasks
- Communication skills and effective networking abilities
- SAP, Salesforce and BOL knowledge is welcome
