Job Summary:

The Field Engineer Trainee will support the Well Construction Fluids - Cementing team in the Netherlands. Working alongside experienced engineers and field supervisors, you will gain practical exposure to the design and execution of cementing jobs, helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations at well sites. This internship is designed for motivated engineering graduates who are eager to apply technical knowledge in real-world operations and develop skills in one of the industry's most critical domains: well integrity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist engineers and field supervisors in the design and execution of cementing jobs.
• Support preparation of technical deliverables, job programs, and final reports.
• Participate in job planning, risk analysis, and quality reviews.
• Contribute to data collection and reporting from wellsite activities.
• Observe and assist in implementing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and procedures.
• Engage in on-the-job learning of cementing technology, equipment, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (graduates of 2025 or expected graduates in 2026).
• Strong technical foundation with interest in well construction and field operations.
• Must be fluent In English and German Languages (spoken and written)

• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in an international, field-based and office environment.

•Participate in field cementing operations as part of cementing crew.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands for the full internship duration.

Preferred Skills:

• Flexibility to travel within the Netherlands and surrounding countries.
• High motivation to pursue a career in energy technology and field engineering.
