Overview

A Delay Analyst plays a critical role in project management by analyzing and mitigating schedule delays to ensure timely project delivery. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and expertise in forensic delay analysis.

Your role

• Conduct forensic delay analysis to identify the root causes of project delays.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project schedules, delays, and correspondence for claims and audits.
• Proactively monitor and address schedule deviations to minimize project disruptions

About you

• Excellent skills using excel, putting data collection databases together for Power BI dashboarding
• Experience in Power BI will be an advantage
• Experience in determining, analysis and assessment of schedule changes.
• Experience in delay analysis several methods and in assessment of extension of time delay claims.
• Experience in conducting variance analysis techniques and draw insights and statistics from that analysis towards taking informed decision.
• Experience in compiling several parts of the monthly reports together , following with large number of stakeholders to close document review sheets comments.
• Solid experience in reviewing reports, ensuring consistency and correctness across the several parts of the reports
• Experience in putting what if scenarios in the program , in case of potential variation or claim.
• GCC experience will be an advantage
