Your role and responsibilities

ABB Robotics Türkiye seeks a skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager (Robotics) to support the company's ongoing evolution and growth. This role encompasses responsibility for employee groups both in Istanbul and Bursa.

This is a rare opportunity to shape transformation strategy at both strategic and operational sides .

• Pr omotes positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs

• Oversees compensation policies, assembling data, driving market competitiveness, and internal equity

• Coordinates recruiting and retention strategies and succession planning process
• Executes recruiting strategy for the company and r egularly partner with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs proactively

• Coordinates training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal process, compensation systems, diversity and benefit programs

• Facilitates and ensures success of change management initiatives across areas of responsibility

• Delivers and coordinates HR Services as appropriate in the Country in line with Global & local policies and requirements

• Ensur es the company is compliant with HR requirements according to OHS, QA/QC and other relevant standards

Qualifications for the role

• B achelor's degree or equivalent, and ten years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Member of senior management team to implement HR strategy ensuring company policies which advance employee advocacy and influence management as needed

• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Türkiye with an ability to champion new ideas , manage change, and execute on action plans

• Experience on Benefits, compensation and payroll area, monitoring and controlling outsourcing

• Experience in recruiting and staffing ; Ideally in technology or industrial sectors

• Familiarity with workday HR Software and tools
• Experience in all employment relations and cases, collecting information, managing meetings, liaising with legal counsel as required , tracking all risks.
