Job Duties

Internship Project: Procurement Savings and Process Improvement

Project Purpose:

• To reduce the number of send-out operations through changing components into turnkey parts to improve efficiency, workload of send-out-team. At the same time to improve our send-out process while mapping the existing FOSO processes for training and audit purposes.

Project Objective:

• To reduce send-out operations by 20% so as to reduce improve manpower efficiency

Deliverables:

• To convert high running farmout parts into turnkey parts
• To create 2 work methods on FOSO team and indoctrinate the FOSO team
