Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the SSAMC EHS activities and Insure compliance with the SSAMC EHS Policy and Chinese laws & regulations.
• To maintain and improve the industrial safety, hygiene and environmental protection system performance.
• To manage SSAMC EHS Systems and ensure company certifications under ISO14001 and ISO45001, Safran HSE Standards and national safety production law of PRC.
• To plan and conduct trainings, auditing and consulting for industrial and construction safety, industrial hygiene and health promotion.
• To execute abnormal case and incident investigation and improvement.
• To manage EHS Crisis and emergency Response.
• To manage 6S program within SSAMC.
• To be SSAMC EHS interface with our Shareholders EHS organizations and Governmental agencies.
• Budget and expenses management.
• Compliance with Airworthiness regulations
• Compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and regulations
• Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Compliance with governmental Laws and requirements.

Main Activities:

• Develop and maintain EHS performance measurement
• To develop and maintain active SSAMC's 6S program throughout all company
• Develop Energy management and cost savings
• Plan and conduct EHS internal and vendors outside audits and to follow audit findings and improvement
• Conduct customer requirements and response customer questions related to EHS
• Manage EHS Improvement Plan
• Establish and update the plan
• Organize management review
• Support and motivate managers in their EHS role
• Coordinate with the local government , and certification agency on EHS.
• Develop relation with the relevant organization inside Air China, GE and SAE to insure the best cooperation and assistance concerning EHS management
