This Position reports to:
IS Program Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead complex, global Information Systems initiatives within the NGPA program, managing multi-tower delivery, risk and financial governance, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder alignment. Each day, you will maintain the strategic view over a set of interdependent projects, ensuring that program outcomes, business value, and enterprise-system integration requirements are fully achieved. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating the vision, benefits, and expected outcomes of the NGPA program.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Defining program and project scope, cost/budget, resources, timelines, and detailed work allocation in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Reporting and managing risks at the program level, ensuring proactive mitigation and structured escalation.

• Organizing, monitoring , and controlling activities to ensure successful stage-gate achievement and optimal use of global resources.

• Working to realize business value through successful program delivery, quality outcomes, and implementation of NGPA-aligned IS solutions.

You will join a highly collaborative and globally distributed IS Pro ject Management community , working with talented experts across technology towers , business streams , and enterprise architecture within ABB.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in program management methodologies and tools , including governance frameworks , risk management, financial oversight , and enterprise -system integration approaches , ideally within the IS/ERP domain .

• You have 15+ years of experience in complex, global Information Systems program management, leading multi-tower delivery in a matrix environment.

• You possess enhanced knowledge of ERP/SAP-related program integration, understanding business processes, data flows, and enterprise architecture dependencies.

• You are passionate about leadership , cross- functional collaboration , and influencing global stakeholders toward shared program outcomes .

• You hold a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile are advantageous .

• You are at ease communicating in English and working with culturally diverse, globally distributed teams.
