Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with a focus on Electricity to analyze our products from an electrical perspective, taking downstream manufacturing processes into account.
We are seeking someone who can assess specifications, collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams, and propose improvements that optimize production efficiency and quality.
Your work will be key to ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with all required technical documentation.
Our Team Dynamics
You will join a multidisciplinary team with a great work environment, closely connected to the production processes, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly in improving and optimizing the manufacturing of our products.

We are seeking someone who can assess specifications, collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams, and propose improvements that optimize production efficiency and quality.
Your work will be key to ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with all required technical documentation.
- Design the product's electrical interconnections with downstream manufacturing processes in mind, and prepare the required procurement documentation
- Analyzes product specifications and clarifies product requirements and manufacturing aspects with accountable R&D, Engineering and/or Product Management.
- Analyzes manufacturing sequences during pilot series and test and analyzes manufacturability of pre-series samples. May recommend product changes and implement production amendments.
- Ensures appropriate process and product documentation.

Qualifications for the Role
- A degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electricity or a similar field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in related technical activities
- Solid skills in EPLAN.
- Additional knowledge of CREO and PLM, Harness y Catia is a plus
- B2-level English
- Skills: Analytical, proactive, communicative, operative and flexibility
