Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience: 12+ years in site-based architectural supervision; Middle East experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• - Review architectural submissions such as material submittal, method of statements and shop drawings
• - Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority requirements
• - Respond to technical queries and site construction details
• - Review contractor performance every week and attend any technical workshop meetings as required
• - Knowledge of UAE regulations of the municipality and civil defense
• - Coordination awareness between all the disciplines
