We are looking for a Pre-Comm./Commissioning HSE Coordinator to join one of our projects in China.

Mission:

• Guarantee the continous improvement of the Company HSE Management System and compliance with the applicable HSE legislation
• Ensure the implementaton of the HSE MS within the entire organisation
• Promote awareness across the company organisation on the HSE MS

Tasks:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Company HSE Management System in accordance with applicable policies, standards and legislation, organisational assets and existing operating procedures
• Promote monitoring activities of the HSE Management System effectiveness
• Liaise with Certification bodies in order to ensure OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 compliance
• Liaise with the Procurement Function to define criteria for supplier and sub-contr actor HSE qualification, selection and assessment
• Liaise with HR Function to identify personnel HSE training needs and develop specific HSE training programs
• Monitor the updating status of the Company HSE document system and provide for new Standards and procedures development
• Design and plan new HSE awareness initiatives across the organisation
• Plan and lead the company HSE audits program
• Monitor the evolution of HSE Legislation and supply consultancy to senior management
• Contribute to Company HSE external communication reports development
• Plan and lead the company HSE Management Review meetings
• Lead HSE statistical analysis and report results to senior management
