We are looking for a crew coordinator to work with an international marine crew!

Main Functions:

• Organizing all necessary travel-related arrangements for personnel including visas;
• Maintaining contact with L&D colleagues regarding the compliance of planned personnel;
• Informing individual crew members on their travel schedules and appointed Vessel / Project;
• Ensuring proper personnel planning within the framework planning;
• Updating the Crew Management System with relevant data;
• Being a member of the emergency phone team for urgent crew-related issues outside office hours.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience;
• HBO degree in Personnel Management or equivalent;
• Prepared to and able to work outside of traditional hours ;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Valid EU work permit a must
