In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Reviewing, analyzing and offering suitable solutions to the most complex technical challenges; provides recommendations to stakeholders through appropriate channels; Developing and maintaining a sound knowledge of M&A products and solutions.
- Providing technical and application support and expertise in a timely manner to sales and marketing and service teams for low to complex queries, providing technical support and expertise according to the process, procedures, quality and service level standards, offering application/ technical support for engineers on site;
- Developing extended knowledge and expertise over minimum two product families in Measurement Solutions, to propose customer alternative solutions based on application tech description and technical details; Identifying the process gaps within his product area and works to improve them
- Interacting with design authority/product company for the development of special options and new features for the standard products, with sales offices to understand post sales customer issues and for trouble shooting, with product management to provide technical support for world area product improvement and to get the latest information on product development, with the project management office (PMO) and providing application and technical support for different assigned projects and collaborating with the service organization upon request and providing support for post sales requests on trouble shooting and assists on commissioning (if needed);
- Collaborating, communicating and aligning activities with all European Sales & Service teams to understand customer needs and requirements; provide feedback to Product Management on product performance and shortfalls;
- Involving other departments in providing the best solution for complex projects; being trusted advisor for various types of high complexity requests with emphasis on technical / application support;
- Going in production and providing product support for manufacturing engineers and other manufacturing functions according to the process
- Delivers technical training sessions to the local organization, European sales teams and Service engineers;
- Identifying training needs within the sales force based on the application/ technical queries received
- Sharing technical knowledge to other engineers and other stake holders within the organization

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University background in an engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical training);
- Good understanding of technical applications
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of any other European language
- Experience in CRM
