Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Junior Service Coordinator to support the efficient execution of field service activities and ensure compliance with ABB and customer standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Coordinate field service activities and ensure compliance with ABB and customer standards and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service assignments, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Provide responsive and high-quality coordination to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Identify gaps in service execution and collaborate with engineers and operational managers to implement improvements.
- Maintain and update the database of service personnel competencies and certifications.
- Monitor service visits and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
- Minimize Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) by optimizing work organization and reducing the need for repeat visits.
- Prepare entry requirements and documentation for Field Service Engineers (FSE) and ensure availability of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team coordination or service-related activities.
- University degree (preferably in technical or business field).
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, enabling effective communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive, open-minded approach.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and capability to handle dynamic situations.
- Familiarity with basic safety standards and compliance requirements (an advantage).
