Subsea Operations Support Service - Scope of Work

Service Overview

This service provides comprehensive support for subsea equipment installation, intervention, and vessel operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution in alignment with Client standards and offshore asset requirements.

Key Service Deliverables

Subsea Execution Management
Lead and supervise the installation and intervention of subsea equipment, ensuring all operational procedures and equipment scopes are thoroughly reviewed, approved, and ready prior to execution.
Daily Vessel Operations Oversight
Oversee daily vessel activities, providing full subsea support to Client-operated FPSOs and offshore assets, including SIMOPS coordination and activity planning.
SIMOPS Coordination
Conduct daily SIMOPS calls to identify and mitigate potential conflicts between vessel and FPSO operations, ensuring seamless integration of activities.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor vessel performance metrics, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.
Contingency Management
Manage and resolve issues outlined in operational contingency plans, ensuring continuity and safety of field operations.
Port Call Planning
Define and manage the scope, schedule, and duration of port calls, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and minimizing downtime.
HSSE Leadership Onboard
Promote onboard wellbeing through continuous engagement with vessel leadership (ROV Superintendent and Vessel Captain). Support third-party personnel working for the Client, ensuring all necessary resources are available for task completion.
QA/QC Oversight
Ensure quality assurance and control of operational equipment, including ROVs, cranes, rigging gear, spares, and inventory.
Weather & Scheduling Coordination
Assess weather forecasts and coordinate field operation schedules across offshore assets.
Technical Engagement
Participate in planning meetings and technical discussions related to vessel operations and IMR campaigns.
Material Management
Maintain onboard inventory of Client equipment and coordinate logistics for loadouts and backloads, ensuring equipment availability and readiness.
Operational Documentation
Ensure completion and submission of required documentation after each subsea activity, maintaining records in Client's designated systems.
Equipment Readiness & Testing
Conduct basic equipment inspections, testing, and minor assemblies to ensure operational readiness and safety prior to use.
