In this role, you will oversee hydrographic survey operations, analyze geospatial data, and collaborate closely with installation managers to ensure the successful delivery of offshore construction projects.You will play a key role in:Providing hydrographic survey expertise in line with Polish legislative requirementsReviewing and accepting survey procedures, as-built datasets, and contractor progress dataManaging and distributing data acquired by internal survey support services, including bathymetric and sub-bottom surveysProviding expertise on ground conditions for installation worksReviewing project documentation, method statements, and reports related to subsea installation and positioningManaging QA/QC of pre-, during, and post-installation surveysCollaborating across installation packages throughout construction phasesSupporting risk management, including residual UXO riskDelivering transfer reports from construction into operations and maintenance phasesRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A Polish Hydrographic Cat A surveyor's licenseProven experience in hydrographic surveys and offshore construction projectsStrong, proactive, and systematic approach to work, with the ability to interface with design, engineering, and installation teamsAbility to thrive in an international environment and build strong stakeholder relationshipsBilingual proficiency in Polish and EnglishGWO basic offshore certificatesWhy Join UsBe part of a collaborative, professional team that values precision and problem-solvingWork on exciting offshore projects with opportunities to visit vesselsCompetitive daily rate based on market standardsHow to ApplySubmit your CV and daily rate to Spencer Ogden for consideration.
