Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.

This role is contributing to the Electrifications Smart Building Smart Product in Jakarta, Indonesia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
- Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
- Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
- Contributing to diverse social events and team activities and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field , preferably with strong interest in power systems or smart building technologies.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 years of experience in electrical, automation, or energy‑related roles.
- Basic understanding of low‑voltage and smart power products such as breakers, panels, protection devices, or building automation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross‑functional teams (sales, engineering, service).
- Proactive, curious, and willing to rotate across functions as part of the trainee development journey.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian , with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
