Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.


The work model for the internship is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid
This internship is contributing to the HR Services in Tallinn, Ülemiste City .

Your Role: Own the Challenge:

• Support daily HR tasks to make sure everything is done on time and correctl
• Help keep employee information (SAP and Workday) accurate and up to date, assist with reports when needed
• Look for ways to make tasks easier or better in your area and support putting improvements into practice
• Work together with colleagues in Sweden and Norway to ensure smooth and effective service

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• You are studying HR or similar field
• You have a keen eye for details and a systematic approach to work
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You are at ease communicating in English language, Norway or Swedish language is an advantage
• You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively
