Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

• Minimum 12years of experience in road and highway engineering, with proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects

• Have full professional experience in designing the roads and highway and interchanges/intersections using Civil 3D based on the traffic studies

• Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• In-depth knowledge of GCC and international highway design standards and regulations

• Experience in sustainable and innovative road design techniques

• Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects through Middle East region

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team

• collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• experience in delivering BIM infrastructure projects

• Excellent communication skills

• problem solving

• Adopt QA/QC checking procedure following the company policy

• Preparing the technical reports/presentations

• interacting with other disciplines, clients as well

• preparing scope of work and design criteria
