JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

As a Project Production Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of commercial projects within our Kalundborg factory. Positioned on-site, you will act as the key interface between the Project Department in Brøndby (BRB) and the production, testing, logistics, and quality teams in our production site in Kalundborg (KAL).

Your main responsibility is to support project execution, ensure alignment between project requirements and production, and facilitating the resolution of issues that can impact cost, quality, or schedule. You will also interact directly with internal and external stakeholders such as customer representatives, suppliers, and third-party inspectors.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment, takes initiative, and enjoys building strong cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Project Department (Brondby) and the Kalundborg production facility for project execution matters.
  • Support daily project needs by collaborating with production, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure timely preparation, review, and delivery of production-related documentation.
  • Participate in daily and weekly factory meetings to address, follow up on, and expedite project-relevant topics.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives and third-party inspectors to plan and facilitate inspections and ensure project compliance.
  • Monitor production progress and provide structured reporting to project teams, highlighting risks or deviations.
  • Support the management of deviations and non-conformances (RAP, NCR, etc.), ensuring structured follow-up and reporting of impacts to cost and schedule.
  • Drive project-related quality and HSE reporting and act as the KAL contact for relevant compliance activities.
  • Support efficient change management processes, ensuring customer-approved changes are documented and implemented.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the interface between projects and the Kalundborg factory.
  • Support the implementation of best practices across production support and project coordination.
  • Assist with the roll-out of digital tools and systems related to project execution and documentation management.


Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in project coordination, preferably within manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, or another technical industry, minimum 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of project execution models, production flows, and documentation requirements.
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including inspectors and customer representatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, proactive, and collaborative work style, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant project coordination or production support experience.
  • Experience with Oracle, Primavera P6, and/or Unifier.
  • Danish language proficiency.
