SUMMARY OF ROLE
- Develop with Project Managers, Engineering teams, SNC Resource planner, site Master Schedulers and Documentation Controllers, detailed Execution Schedules on complex, multi-year nuclear projects to ensure optimum execution performance,
- Support to Engineering Teams in scheduling NPDs activities,
- Monitor Project progress and provide regular schedule status reports to our Customers, Emerson's Management team, Project Managers and Engineering Team leaders,
- Propose Project Execution alternatives to minimize execution lead-time, increase OTD and reduce costs.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Assist Project Managers and Engineering Team leaders in all scheduling activities (planning implementation and follow-up) on Nuclear Projects (KOB1) and main NPD activities,
- Overall Project planning issuance in coordination with, the nuclear sites (Cernay, Armentieres, Korschenbroïch), the SNC Szekesfehervar and the Global Nuclear Engineering organization,
- Execution of interactive planning sessions to set up schedules, for both internal and external orders. Scheduling of internal tasks as well as deliverables to Customer. Implement high quality planning and scheduling standards.
- Propose schedule alternatives to Project Managers and Engineering Team leaders for improved execution,
- Develop and maintain, with Project Managers, Documentation Controllers, sites Engineering Teams and Master schedulers, detailed Project execution schedules covering all activities, from quote to cash collection. Review of planned dates with actual progress,
- Inform Project Managers and Engineering Team leaders on execution progress, tasks completion and updated Project End Date,
- Attend, upon request, Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews and Customer meetings,
- Participates in bid clarification meetings to issue plannings at quote stage,
- Edit schedule reports and monthly KPIs.

Who You Are:
You keep a strong bottom-line orientation. You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
• University degree in mechanical engineering
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office (Excel, ..) and data processing
• Knowledge of professional scheduling tools (Primavera, ...) and reporting tools (Power Bi, ...). Familiar with the Critical Path Method (CPM) of scheduling
• Proficient in SAP and/or Oracle
• Excellent written and spoken English (min. language level B2)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls, especially in project planning and schedule development (multi-disciplined projects with high engineering content)
• Ability to work within a cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Willingness for intra-European travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
additional language knowledge, German and/or French as a second foreign language will be appreciated
