The Student Intern is responsible for gaining exposure to SLB's supply chain team. Roles and Responsibilites include:

• Track job start/end dates in ordering system of record (SAP,ESM, FLM) to coordinate scheduling and mobilization of to/from and between suppliers and service delivery locations.
• Support data entry to business systems in use by Resources Coordinator and initiaterelevant notifications to all involved parties.
• Liaise with Coordinators and other functions to facilitate the equipment movements and monitor lead time.
• Perform administrative tasks related to import/export and inter location shipments, including physical and system based (FLM, Ariba, ...) actions.
• Perform administrative tasks related to entering M&S requests into the appropriatebusiness systems.
• Support M&S Coordinator in the completion of fixed asset reconciliation tasks.

• Currently Studying or Recently Graduated in Relevant Degree (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Adminstration, Economics)
• Computer literate, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
