We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager - Subsurface to join our Agile Asset Management (AAM) team. AAM unifies subsurface, drilling, facilities, economics, and risk into an open platform, integrated decision environment, enabling high-quality, high-velocity decision-making on capital projects across the asset lifecycle.

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative subsurface capabilities, ensuring our solutions meet customer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for subsurface workflows within AAM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality workflows and features on time and within scope
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize the product roadmap
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Reservoir Engineering or related subsurface discipline
• 10 years of experience in the E&P industry with strong subsurface expertise
• Proven experience in product management within the energy or software industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities
