This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the IS Sales and Service Operations Domain for ELDS and ELSE organization.

Your role and responsibilities:

You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the IS Sales and Service Operations Domain for ELDS and ELSE organization.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Defining all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
- Using knowledge and experience to forecast contingencies at the initial stages of the project, assessing the availability of information and the risks and issues that may arise during the project and deciding on the best approach to proceed.
- Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
- Executing IS project communications and reporting IS project performance against the plan and expected business outcome.
Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), risk management frameworks, and stakeholder engagement techniques and the Information Systems/IT services market
- You have 5-7 years of experience in IS project management or IT project delivery (working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator with enterprise-level IS implementations, ERP systems, and CRM)
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and or Azure DevOps and financial management/budgeting software
- You are passionate about driving business value through technology solutions and stakeholder collaboration and communication
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or Proven experience of PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- Have established skills in Salesforce project delivery, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder IS projects
- Highly adept in financial oversight including cost control, budget forecasting.
- You are captivated by continuous improvement and lessons-learned practices to drive project excellence
