To support this purpose, we are looking to grow our team of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and IM (Information Management) specialists across a range of seniority levels. Our team is an ambitious, capable, and talented team who are integral to the planning, delivery, and handover of our clients' projects. We drive efficiency, best practice, and innovation into our projects. We facilitate wider business benefits through enabling our wider digital service offerings and technology enabled solutions. We also directly advise our clients on what is the art of the possible, but also what is in the art of the practical, in how to best apply standard IM & Digital methods to help them achieve their objectives.

Your Role
- You will be a key technical leader on projects, providing the direction and oversight to establishing systems of work to ensure information and data is secure, accessible, and used effectively over its entire lifecycle, and set the foundation for enhanced exploitation by continuously emerging digital use cases.
- You will provide internal team and client facing technical advice, consultation, and training support to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the systems of work you have helped established, helping ensure adoption and consistency across your projects. You will contribute to internal team capability development, through the advancement of our internal standards, methods, and processes, and adoption of new and emerging technologies, and implementing these with learning from experience on projects.
About You
- You will be someone who has direct experience of using BIM or IM in an engineering projects context with both a background understanding, and practical implementation of ISO19650 in projects, as well as awareness or more of other approaches from parallel sectors such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Buildings & Infrastructure, etc. You will ideally be working towards professional accreditation and take your career development seriously.
- You will excel at establishing organised and repeatable systems of work and be able to explain and teach others to understand the benefit and follow them. You will have seen first-hand the power of information and data, and what can be achieved through its use. You may have skills in one or more of the specialist domains in advanced digital use cases for information and data and be able to build and show what you mean through practical hands-on experience.
