- Work closely with 'Cross-Portfolio Technology & Innovation Leader' to attract, develop talent for building Product security team.
- Work closely with 'Cross-Portfolio Technology & Innovation Leader' and Global Cross Portfolio technology and innovation team to define objectives, create plans to achieve objectives, tracking progress against objectives, driving projects execution, and improving project management processes.
- Work closely with respective Global and EIC-P product group engineering teams to manage all projects harmonized with respective product groups' project schedules.
- Drive on time and effective execution of Product security identified activities e.g. SDL Consultation, Penetration Test Execution, Cybersecurity Trainings and IEC62443 based assessments.
- Ensure quality involvement of Product Security team in architectural security weakness though design threat modelling and provide guidance on secure coding practices.
- Develop and implement Product security project plans that support Product Release timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings regularly on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
- Assess the need to improve existing project management processes, methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, adheres to high quality standards, and meet stakeholder expectations and drive those improvements.
- Gather periodic feedback from Product Group, define and execute strategy to improve it.
- Engage in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management where applicable.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science / Electronics/ Instrumentation or related field
- Overall 8-12 yrs of experience in engineering, project management, cross functional team management with 3-5 years of experience in leadership
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-performance new product development teams
- Multi-disciplinary project management experience including gated and agile processes
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment within a complex global organization
- Ability to flex working hours to accommodate global time differences
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working with Vulnerability Analysis and Penetration testing for products
- Understanding IEC62443 standard.
- Cyber security certifications like CISM
- Experience in Operational Technology engineering domain.
- Knowledge of Security design and test practices would be added advantage
- Regulatory standards knowledge or experience, Internal/external auditor certification would be added advantage.
- Experience with Stage gated development processes for new product development
- Experience in high-growth, product-driven companies.
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
