- Develop and execute the business strategy for assigned industry verticals to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build industry-specific solutions to drive differentiation and margin, leveraging deep domain understanding and emerging technology trends.
- Develop and deploy industry specific standards and reusable components to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and drive operational efficiency.
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities within each vertical and define the value proposition for target clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored propositions that address customer pain points and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to refine industry strategies.
- Drive innovation through continuous improvement and by introducing new business models or service offerings.
- Defining business/ work process & standards and implementation of the same across the organization
- Responsible for Record Retention Process for the assigned area of operation.
- Adhere and promote all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
- Adherence to Emerson Values.

- Project delivery for SYSS projects
- Develop & deliver Project Sales Plan
- Internal Customers: WA Operations leader, WA Finance leader, EEEC VP and Management team, Local HR & Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, BU leaders
- External Customers: Sub-Contractors, EPC's, End Customers, ISO and other auditors, local suppliers
Who You Are:
You are a dynamic professional who demonstrates strong business insight and exceptional decision quality to guide strategic initiatives. With keen organizational savvy and a forward-thinking strategic mindset, you consistently drive vision and purpose, even in complex environments that require the ability to manage ambiguity. You embrace and value differences, fostering an inclusive culture, and are tech savvy, using new tools to enhance performance and innovation.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Overall experience of 20+ years with minimum 05 years in leadership positions leading multiple projects & multiple customers, business from countries.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and operationalize industry-specific solutions that drive business differentiation and margin improvement.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L ownership.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Consistent track record of implementing sustained improvement within a project organization through continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Degree in Engineering with specialization in Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemical or any related or equivalent field.
- Must have outstanding ability to work with people at all levels and must be a team player.
- Proficient English language skills (verbal and written) - local language skills a strong asset.
