P&C Business Partner - Nakskov, Denmark

Are you ready to take the next step in your People & Culture career while contributing directly to one of the world's leading companies in renewable energy? At Vestas, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our Nakskov Blades factory and help us shape a more sustainable future. This role is primarily on-site and requires your presence at the Nakskov factory at least 4 days per week to effectively support leaders, employees, and daily operations.

People & Culture > P&C Region NCE > Manufacturing

As a P&C Business Partner, you will design and implement impactful People & Culture initiatives that support our factory's success and Vestas' mission. You will be the on-site P&C representative for a facility of approx. 1,200 employees producing the 115.5-meter blades for the world's largest nacelle, the V‑236. This is a great opportunity to advance your P&C career in an evolving manufacturing environment while helping to support the green transition.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and enhance an effective organization by partnering closely with factory leadership to deliver one of the most advanced offshore blades in the world
  • Translate business needs into people with strategies that support performance, development, and positive employee experience
  • Align, implement, and support P&C strategies, policies, processes, and programs that contribute to our mission to drive a sustainable future
  • Develop engaged and empowered teams with a clear focus on leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a change agent by identifying organizational challenges, setting up improvement agendas, and implementing solutions that stick
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and support leaders in navigating local regulations and obligations
  • Collaborate with the P&C Service Desk on all relevant local activities and operational support


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher combined with several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a broad HR generalist role
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to advise leaders at multiple levels
  • Pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset; experience designing and executing effective people programs
  • Fluent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal
  • High proficiency in MS Office and other relevant HR systems

  • Ability to design and implement effective HR strategies with consideration for cultural, business, and legal factors
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strategic mindset focused on improving employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering tangible outcomes
  • Skilled at organizing, with the ability to prioritize and work efficiently
  • Experience ensuring labor law compliance within a manufacturing environment
  • Disciplined and structured with the ability to work independently
