Role Overview

Work as part of multi-company data service team for the day-to-day production of navigation databases (NDBs), NDB production verification, problem control and reporting, and analysis and completion of corrective action as required by the Lead Navigation Data Analyst

• Serve as the customer focal and liaison for the program, ensuring clear, timely communication and alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate updates, risks, and actions across teams to drive on-time, high-quality outcomes for the customer.

• Execute quality software applications and analyze the output to determine root cause of any abnormal navigation database change activity.

• Participate on the Data Quality Review Board to present abnormal change activity and determine course of action.

• Actively improve the Navigation Database Production processes and software applications.

• Execute, with guidance from senior engineering resources, the analysis, test, or integration required to define and support assigned systems that meet business standards and product requirements.

• Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers

• Document and communicate results of technical data generated.

• Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives

• Share engineering information and promote open dialogue

• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures

• Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collaborating with customers or suppliers on an engineering development program.

• Ability and willingness to provide customer support during the core and non-core business hours (24 / 7 / 365) on an as needed basis

Required Qualifications
  • This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Fleet Management.
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
