• Coordenar a execução dos contratos de serviços, desde o handover comercial até o encerramento ou renovação contratual.
• Ser o ponto de contato para assuntos operacionais e financeiros relacionados aos contratos.
• Acompanhar o cumprimento dos Termos e Condições (T&C), SLA, escopo e prazos.
• Supervisionar as atividades de execução dos serviços em campo, laboratório e oficina, garantindo a aderência ao plano contratual.
• Manter planos de comunicação com clientes e stakeholders internos.
• Monitorar indicadores de desempenho dos contratos (SLA, produtividade, backlog, segurança, qualidade).
• Apoiar no controle financeiro dos contratos: previsão de receita, faturamento, controle de custos e margem.
• Colaborar na aplicação das metodologias de reconhecimento de receita (POC, MD, CC).
• Acompanhar e apoiar o gerenciamento de solicitações de ordem de mudança e renegociações contratuais.
• Desenvolver e acompanhar planos de mitigação de riscos operacionais e financeiros.
• Garantir a documentação contratual, técnica e financeira dos serviços.
• Conduzir reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento com clientes.
• Apoiar no acompanhamento e análise das pesquisas de satisfação do cliente (NPS).
• Trabalhar de forma integrada com áreas comerciais, finanças, supply chain, engenharia, qualidade e EHS.
• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e eficiência operacional.
