This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support internal and external customers in pre-sales, order- and post-sales-related topics.

The work model for the role is: fulltime, on-site, Hybrid within the guideline of a maximum of 2 days/week, fixed-term until 01.02.2028

• You will be responsible for the commercial processing of sales orders, accompanying inquiries of customers concerning pre-sales, after-sales. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales, Sales Support, Service and Product Management departments, as well as other ABB Business Areas or Divisions and relevant corporate departments.
• Additionally, you will verify and allocate relevant documents in the SAP system or Order Management System, ensuring error-free transaction processing.
• You will maintain regular direct contact with customers, by phone and through electronic media.
• As part of an engaged team, you will act with professionalism and diligently contribute with a keen understanding of business processes. Your work will always align with ABB's core values, particularly regarding safety and integrity.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Completed commercial/business education (e.g., HAK, HASCH) and respective work-experience for at least 5 years
• Proficient in MS Office and already established SAP SD experience, Salesforce-Experience is a plus
• Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
• Customer-oriented and high level of initiative and teamwork ability.
• Organized and structured work approach.
• Reliability and effective communication skills.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 47.600 gross per year (May 2025). There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
