Currently we are looking for a Civil and Structural Engineer who will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects, including buildings, bridges, roads, and other structures. They ensure that structures are safe, sustainable, and compliant with relevant codes and standards.

About the role:
- Develop detailed designs and plans for civil and structural projects using CAD and other engineering software.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure stability and safety.
- Prepare project specifications, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to coordinate project development.
- Review and approve construction drawings and materials.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering practices, codes, and technologies.
About you:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience in civil and structural design and project management.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
