Job Description

The Position holder is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain function as an intern in one of the following departments: Accounts Payable, Procurement and Sourcing, Logistics and Customer Service.
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems and they demonstrate proactive behavior along with a positive outlook, exhibiting initiative and a keen interest in Supply Chain operations.

Your responsibilities within the team can vary from:
• Processing invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Managing procurement activities, suppliers, and quotations.
• Creating Purchase Orders and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Supporting Source-to-Pay processes and procurement systems.
• Monitoring inventory, logistics, and documentation flow.
• Processing customer orders and handling service requests.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Curiosity or drive regarding the Supply Chain and its functions.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • English medium to advanced.
