Are you a recent graduate eager to build a career in asset management and joint venture coordination within the energy sector?

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Asset JV Analyst to join our Asset JV Team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This entry-level role offers exposure to multi-asset portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, supporting the governance and performance of key joint ventures.

Activities

Your Impact

As a key contributor to the Asset JV Team, you will:

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement for regulatory compliance and JV alignment (TCM, MCM, SOCM).
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for committee meetings and headquarters submissions.
• Support cost tracking, AFE documentation, and Year-End Reporting package preparation.
• Gather and consolidate inputs for AMIR (Asset Management Integrated Review) to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain structured documentation for financial and operational updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across JV governance processes.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in asset management, finance, or coordination roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
