In your position as a work planner, you are jointly responsible for the translation of design into execution and you contribute to a smooth project progress. Are you currently doing the work that is most challenging for you?

Function description

Contributing to the design/build of steel structures, the working method, and the technical side of the realization, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Taking care of materials according to given specifications

• Organize services according to stated specifications

• Ordering by correct project and monitoring code

• Follow up on timely execution, delivery, and reporting

• Ensuring the timely availability of personnel, equipment, materials and necessary facilities

• Drawing up overviews for the coordinator of the execution of the maintenance jobs

• Maintaining the scope and standard of maintenance jobs with internal employees and clients

Requirements

• MBO/HBO

• Fluency in Dutch - C1 or C2 level required

• Experience with steel construction, mechanical engineering a plus

• Experience and focused with administrative tasks

• A high sense of safety

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
