Als P&O-adviseur ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen directie, leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je adviseert op strategisch niveau over thema's zoals werving & selectie, arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim, opleidingsbeleid en arbeidsrecht.

Functie omschrijving

Je vertaalt organisatiedoelstellingen naar concreet HR-beleid en draagt actief bij aan het versterken van de samenwerking binnen de bedrijven van onze klant. Je bezoekt regelmatig verschillende ondernemingen in Nederland en België.

Functie vereisten

• Ervaring in een brede, strategische HR-rol
• Sterke adviesvaardigheden op alle niveaus
• Actuele kennis van arbeidswetgeving en HR-systemen
• Flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau
• Overtuigingskracht en empathie om draagvlak te creëren binnen de organisatie
