This Position reports to:

Role Overview:
You will act as the first line of support for Ariba Buying tool delivering comprehensive assistance to internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will range from guiding users through profile settings to troubleshooting and resolving a variety of tool-related issues. For more complex problems or those involving connected systems, you will collaborate with and escalate to specialized teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Role Overview:
You will act as the first line of support for Ariba Buying tool delivering comprehensive assistance to internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will range from guiding users through profile settings to troubleshooting and resolving a variety of tool-related issues. For more complex problems or those involving connected systems, you will collaborate with and escalate to specialized teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Issue Solving (via ServiceNow tickets):
- Resolving issues such as incorrect workflows, errors while submitting PRs, stuck PRs, catalogue PR issues, and goods receipt booking problems
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve ticket-related issues
- Escalating incidents to L2 teams for more complex, technical cases
Onboarding New Countries (Go-Live Preparation):
- Preparing workflow templates
- Preparing and uploading catalogues
- Preparing organizational structure templates
- Training & communication
- Coordinating Hypercare support
Support for Live Countries:
- Updating workflow and G/L mappings
- Reporting and monitoring stuck PRs
- Collecting data for G/L mapping related to annual MDF updates for EU
- Implementing WalkMe improvements
- Uploading Inside+ content
Catalogue Management:
- Configuring catalogs
- Importing and managing catalogs from suppliers
- Loading internal catalog content
- Managing supplier catalog load and PunchOut functionality
User Administration:
- Troubleshooting user access issues
- Supporting user profile setup
Master Data Issues:
- Managing supplier visibility in Guided Buying
- Checking connections with other systems (MDG, local SAP)
Additional Responsibilities:
- Design and implement improvements to procurement tools and related systems
- Optimize data to improve tool usage and system efficiency
- Collaborate with local Procurement, Ariba IS Team, User Access Management Team to resolve issues, conduct training and support testing activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree is basic requirement;
- English language capability in speaking and writing;
- Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;
- Self learning and learn from the job;
- Knowledge and experience in indirect procurement would be a plus;
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Ariba, esp. PRPO module would be a plus;
