Your role and responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and execution of long-term IMS category and sourcing strategies in company level.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to align priorities, understand challenges, and ensure successful implementation of IMS strategies.

• Negotiate agreements based on corporate contractual framework with suppliers, and periodically renew price lists, terms and conditions.

• Work for process improvements and system implementations, utilizing digital tools to make it easy to buy and always ensuring transparency and compliance.

• Build and manage an annual pipeline of strategic initiatives that deliver year-on-year savings and operational improvements.

• Collaborate with procurement teams and key users across functions to drive cost reductions and harmonize best practices.

• Ensure robust supplier management: performance tracking, innovation programs, risk mitigation and regular business reviews.

• Contribute to forecasting and budget planning by providing insights on purchasing trends and consumption patterns.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 本科及以上学历
• More than 5 years of procurement work experience
• 5年及以上间接采购工作经验
• Have rich experience in manufacturing and familiar with indirect procurement work in factories
• 熟悉工厂的间接采购工作
• Rich supplier resources and strong negotiation skills
• 有丰富的供应商资源, 和较强的谈判能力
• Candidates with team management experience are preferred
• 有团队管理经验者优先
• Fluent in English reading and writing, able to communicate orally
• 英文口语可交流
