Activities
Your Impact
As a key contributor within the Assets, Subsurface & Planning team, you will:
- Develop and maintain the annual Work Plan & Budget (WP&B) for Kenyalang assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and JV requirements.
- Prepare cost submissions and financial profiles for HQ and PETRONAS MPM, supporting transparent and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate the design of the 1-5-year asset strategy, integrating input from Operations, HSSE, Commercial, and Finance teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement with PETRONAS MPM and internal teams to secure approvals and ensure clarity on WP&B execution.
- Provide strategic insights to support operational decision-making and maximize asset value.
Candidate Profile
What We Are Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A university degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas, with at least 5 years in asset management, planning, and portfolio optimization.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, PSC agreements, and JV governance.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP (or equivalent).
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
