In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design and configure industrial OT network architectures for DCS and SCADA systems.
• Configure and maintain industrial Ethernet switches, routers, VLANs, and industrial firewalls.
• Integrate and support third‑party OT devices, including inverters, SCUs/RTUs, protection relays, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, IEC 61850, OPC/OPC UA, and DNP3.
• Troubleshoot OT network and communication issues to ensure reliable plant operations.
• Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls in compliance with IEC 62443, NERC CIP (where applicable), and customer‑specific cybersecurity requirements to ensure secure, resilient, and reliable industrial control system operations.
• Design, configure, and manage industrial firewalls, access control lists (ACLs), and OT network zoning and segmentation in line with defense‑in‑depth principles. Implement and support secure remote access solutions for OT environments, including VPNs, role‑based access control, and multi‑factor authentication (MFA), while ensuring minimal impact to system availability and plant operations.
• Configure and manage industrial firewalls, access control lists (ACLs), and network segmentation and zoning in OT environments.
• Implement secure remote access solutions including VPNs and multi‑factor authentication (MFA).
• Conduct OT vulnerability assessments and risk analysis to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Support FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities.
• Prepare and maintain OT network architecture diagrams, connection drawings, and cybersecurity documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, OT operations, IT security teams, and OEMs for successful project execution.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree or equivalent experience" in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Power Engineering)
• Four (4) to eight (8) years of proven experience Networking and cybersecurity engineering and commissioning.
• Ability to write reports & business communication !!
• Excellent communication skills!!
• Ability to efficiently present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, and customers
• Should have a good understanding of safety tools and gears and safety guidelines of working at site

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Strong knowledge of industrial networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing).
• Hands‑on experience with industrial switches and OT firewalls.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, DNP3).
• Working understanding of OT cybersecurity, preferably IEC 62443.
• Experience in DCS, PLC, and SCADA environments.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis to identify potential security gaps Ability to work independently and under project deadlines.
• Certification in CCNA or equivalent
• Knowledge in C programming.
• Configuration of Network Switches.
