We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a PTP Specialist this is a great opportunity to work within a hardworking, friendly and supportive environment, you will report to the P2P Manager supporting them with the day to day running of the global markets. You will be a key "go to" member of the department with strong Accounts Payable knowledge with a hands on "can do" approach. Assisting with all KPI tasks including age creditors, Statement reconciliations, GRNI, Concur and payment runs and is key to the delivery of strong monthly transactional numbers.
This role will suit someone who has a good background in P2P (Accounts Payable) and seeking to build on their proven experience. A key influencer and "go getter" across the business, thrives in making an impact, positive change and celebrates achievements.

Key responsibilities
- Support Management of Age Creditors, GRNI, Supplier Statements and Mailbox's are controlled within agreed KPI's
- Month end tasks including journals and reconciliations, Supplier statements
- Produce weekly payment runs across all markets
- Supporting with ongoing improvement of processes and procedures, providing ideas and insight from an AP perspective
- Invoice processing
- Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
- Support Concur expenses process from beginning to end
- Support of Credit card process
- Support Processing, control and completion of high profile treasury payments
- Support with Audit requests
- Other accounts payable tasks as directed by the P2P Manager
Experience and Skills required
- 3-5 years of experience in a purchase ledger accounting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle NetSuite would be an advantage
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Compliance based mindset, with best practice and rule focused
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks
- Good communication skills for teamwork
- Flexible and proactive in problem-solving and solution orientated
- Team player with kind warm approach
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

- £35,000 per annum plus 10% bonus potential
