This Position reports to:
Finance Tax Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

You will be working in the Finance team within the Business Services (BS) organization, in the largest center located in Kraków, supporting the preparation of accounting studies and financial reports by completing accounting activities and recording financial transactions. Reporting to the Tax Team Leader, you will provide key support to the business by applying relevant accounting techniques and standards to identify and resolve issues.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid).

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Performing transactional tax activities (indirect tax and/or direct tax), completing specific tax-related tasks, and executing tax analyses and reports as assigned.
  • Ensuring the accurate production of reports (e.g., VAT registers, SAF-T, Intrastat reports, CIT reports, WHT information).
  • Clearing errors and applying tax and accounting techniques, as well as standard practices, to classify and record financial transactions and resolve unusual issues.
  • Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Contributing to global projects, where process improvement expertise will be an asset.
  • Supporting management with financial aspects of project funding and risk assessment.


Qualifications for the role

  • Ability to demonstrate 3 years of experience in Finance/Tax area or 5 years in Finance in general (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables).
  • Solid knowledge of European tax law (direct and/or indirect tax).
  • Knowledge of Deferred Tax processes (considered an advantage).
  • Passion for building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate process orientation, and work effectively in a team.
  • Degree in Finance or equivalent field.
  • Comfortable communicating in English.
  • Comfortable communicating in Italian (B2/C1 level).
