We are looking for a Commissioning Mechanical and Rotating Leader with the following details

Duration: 24 months, extendable

Location : Dubai, UAE

Work Scheme : Residential

Start date : February 2026

Qualification: Engineer Professional Experience:

• 15+ years in Oil & Gas projects with a strong background on Mechanical commissioning
• Experience with Gas Turbine Generators, BH Gas Compressors, project & design engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Good ability to organize and manage a team and coordinate his activities and responsibilities with other entities/stakeholders of the Project.
• Knowledge and experience with international standards and regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with OPERCOM™ and ICAPS© is highly appreciated Language: fluency in English is mandatory.
• Chinese and Arabic are a plus.

Job Dimensions

• Responsible for the preparation and execution of commissioning activities for all Mechanical equipment and Rotating machines, including turbogenerators and compressors across the PROJECT scope.
• Interface with COMPANY and EPSCC contractor teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant commissioning of all equipment.
• Coordinate commissioning assistance from company vendor packages to match EPSCC contractors activities.
• Supervise the preservation, installation, commissioning & start-up execution of all mechanical and rotating equipment.
• Support the Completion Coordinator in ICAPS population, punch list resolution, and system handover readiness.
• Promote integration with Construction, Pre-commissioning and Field Operations teams with a One Team spirit.
