This Position reports to:
Quality Support Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance. An integral part of the work will be daily communication in English with internal customers from all over the world

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Industries Division, reporting to the EUOPC Quality Support Team Lead.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Data collection, analysis, and reporting; creation of dashboards and ad ‑ hoc reports
• Gathering and analyzing requirements from business units
• Managing internal documentation, creating new documentation, and supporting document migration
• Communication with developers, application owners, and local process owners
• Coordination and preparation of internal communication related to quality (globally)
• Monitoring KPIs and reporting deviations
• Administration of quality department tools, acting as a Superuser, and configuring the system according to unit needs
• Ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Qualifications for the role

• Strong command of English for daily communication (minimum level B2)
• University degree
• Proactive and communicative personality
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and analyze requirements
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of MS SharePoint
• Excellent Excel skills (active use of functions, pivot tables, experience processing data from multiple sources) and proficiency with other MS Office tools
• Experience with reporting tools; Power BI is an advantage
• Experience in process improvement is a plus (Lean Six Sigma)
