We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer - Quality Control, to join our team based in Dahej, Gujarat.

About the opportunity we offer:
  • Able to co-ordinate and monitor mechanical QC activities.
  • Handling all QC work related to Equipment, Structures, Piping & Heater/Furnace, Skids activities, review and approval, documentation and record keeping.
  • Technical Communication (Verbal & Written)
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Good internal networking and team player
  • Shall have ASNT/EN ISO Level II in RT, MT, PT, UT & Welding Certification, CSWIP with Hands On.
  • Must know different welding processes and inspection.
  • Shall be able to prepare interpret WPS/PQR/WPQ/Welder list as per ASME/ISO Standards
  • Shall have experience and certification in AWS/CSWIP and API Standards of pressure vessel (preferable)
  • Interpret codes, standards, specifications, and procedures.
  • should have attended various Audits
  • should have sufficient practical background in applicable materials, fabrication, and product technology
  • Knowledge of: National and International Codes & Standards- IS, IBR, ASME, TEMA, DIN, EN, AWS D1.1 etc. & relevant experience
  • Welding processes : SAW, ESSC, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW
  • Metallurgy : CS, LAS, SS, Duplex/Super Duplex, non-ferrous materials such as Monel, Inconel, Titanium, etc.
  • Heat Treatment methods

Starting Date: 2nd January 2026

About you:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Medium / Large Fabrication Shops with at least 7 years experience as an QC Personnel
  • Diploma/Degree (preferred) in Engineering (Mechanical / Production)
  • Good communication skill/ Interpersonal skills & be a good team player.
