Build and maintain a strong network of skilled professionals within your market. Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process. Provide market insights and intelligence to support business development initiatives. Support the team's delivery strategy, coaching junior consultants and sharing best practices. Represent Spencer Ogden professionally in client meetings and industry events. What You'll Bring 2+ years of recruitment or delivery experience within an agency or fast-paced environment. Proven track record of sourcing and placing mid- to senior-level talent. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence and build relationships. A growth mindset — proactive, target-driven, and solutions-oriented. Team player who enjoys collaborating across functions and geographies.
