Job Summary As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in business development, client management, and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees. Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting. Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience. Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices. Skills & Experience Required At least 2 years of experience as a 360-recruitment consultant in an agency setting. Strong relationship building and communication skills Strategic thinker with solid sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to navigate complex client structures and multiple stakeholders A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback-you are a hungry learner!
