This Position reports to:
Channel Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Possess in-depth knowledge of channel management, with a comprehensive understanding of the industrial products market and associated business models. Provide strategic recommendations on channel development to the sales team, support the alignment of marketing and sales initiatives, and continuously optimize channel policies to enhance performance.
2. Channel Expansion and Partner Relationship Management: Lead the acquisition of new distribution channels, establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with channel partners, deliver training and operational support, and improve partnership efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Channel Operations and Performance Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day channel operations, track key sales metrics, conduct performance analysis across channels, and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration and Organizational Support: Maintain consistent communication and coordination with business units, regional offices, and internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integrated service delivery.
Qualifications for the Role
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, marketing or business administration and related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in channel sales, channel management, or marketing management within the manufacturing industry. Candidates with prior experience in multinational corporations or leading domestic industrial enterprises will be preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid sales acumen, and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams. Capable of working independently with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Proficient in English, with the ability to operate effectively in an English-speaking work environment.
5. Skilled in using Office productivity software and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce). Willingness and ability to travel as required.
